Opinion of the Court

The debate be reassumed whither the Motion of the Complainant for Examining Witnesses Viva Voce at the next Solemn Hearing be granted for Ex-piditing the Cause, or whither the Witnesses shall be Examined by Commission, or by the Examiner of the Court. Ordered that the Witnesses be produced and Examined in Court Viva Voce on the next Solemn hearing and that the Cause be set down for hearing at the same time.
