Opinion of the Court

on Motion of Mr. Hume of the Complainant’s Council, It is ordered that Francis Lejeau, who was this day Produced sworne and Examined, as a Wittness for the Defendant and cross Examined by the Complainant do attend here on Monday next being the Eleventh of this Instant December by three of the Clock in the afternoon to give further Evidence in behalf of the Complainant of which he is not to fail as he will answer the Contrary.
