Opinion of the Court

On motion of Mr. Graeme of the Defendants Council, It appearing that he having put in his Answer to the Complainant’s Bill and delivered his Books into the hands of the Register of this Court, and that the Defendant has no intention to depart this Province, It is Therefore Ordered that the Writ of Ne *367exeat Regno issued out of this Honourable Court against him the Defendant be Superseded.
