Upon motion of Mr. Graeme and Mr. Lewis of Council for the Defendant praying for a Surpersedeas of the Writ of Ne exeat Regno issued against the Defendant out of this Honourable Court, and having heard the Objections of Mr. Rutledge of Council for the Plaintiff, Ordered that the further Hearing of this Cause be deferred till Thursday next.
