Opinion of the Court

On motion of Mr. Pinckney (of Council for the Plaintiffs) and by Consent of James Abercromby Esq. the Defendant. It is agreed that the Depositions taken on the part and behalf of the Complainants may be Published, The Same were published and read accordingly.

On Motion of said Mr. Pinckney on reading and Publishing the said Depositions, It was further Ordered that a Decree do pass accordingly to the Prayer of the Complainants Bill.
