Opinion of the Court

On Motion of Mr. Rutledge of Counsel for the Plaintiff, and on reading the Report made by the Master of this Court in this Cause, It is Ordered that the Defendant do file his Exceptions by the first day of August next ensuing, Or that the Said Report and all Matters and things therein contained be then Confirmed, And that the Papers Books and Accounts relating to this Cause be returned by the Master to the Register’s Office of this Court.
