Opinion of the Court

On Reading the Order of this Court of the 12th December last Mr. Rutledge of Councel for the Defendant moved the Same might be Set Aside in the presence of Mr. Whitaker of the Plaintiffs Councel And upon Hearing the Debates on both Sides this Court is unanimously of Opinion that the Said Order do Stand Confirmed And That the Costs of Suit be born by the Defendant Col. Alexander Parris And the Same is Ordered accordingly.
