On Motion of the Attorney General of Counsel for the Complainant for Confirming the Decree of this Court in this Cause made, The said Decree *465drawn up in form was now read in the presence of Mr. Rutledge of Counsel for the Defendant and with his Consent, It is thereupon Ordered, That the said Decree be Confirmed and made Absolute.
