Opinion of the Court

On Motion of Mr. Parsons for the Defendants in this Cause praying that the Bond entered into by the Defendant McGillevrey and Alexander Petrie as his Security to the Provost Marshal might be delivered up and cancelled and the Writt of ne exeat discharged, The Court on hearing Mr. Rutledge on Behalf of the Complainants, Ordered that the said Motion be heard to Morrow at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
