Opinion of the Court

On Motion of Mr. Rutledge Sollicitor for the Defendant praying that the Writt of Injunction issued in this Cause might be dissolved alledging that the Defendant had answered and denied all the Complainant’s Equity, The Court on reading an Affidavit of the Service of this intended Motion of the Defendants Sollicitor and also an Affidavit of his Assent to such Motion did order that the said Writt of Injunction be dissolved.
