On Motion o£ Mr. Grindlay that he might have Leave to [amend the Bill] filed in this Cause by adding the Name of John Skene as a Defendant and it appearing to me that no Answers are as yet filed with the Register of this Court It is Ordered that Mr. Grindlay have Leave to make the amendment proposed on his amending the Defendants Copy of said Bill.
