Opinion of the Court

Upon Motion of Mr. Parsons on Behalf of the Complainant Ogilvie suggesting that the Complainant Michie is dead since the filing of the Bill *594in this Cause, and that the Matter in Suit doth survive to the Complainant Ogilvie It is Ordered that the said Complainant Charles Ogilvie be at Liberty to carry on, and proceed in this Cause in his own Name.
