Opinion of the Court

Upon Motion of Mr. Parsons, of Counsel with the Complainant suggesting that the Defendants Solicitor had joined in returning Commissioners Names to examine Witnesses in this Cause in Great Britain It is Ordered that a Commission do forthwith issue to such Commissioners to examine in Great Britain such Witnesses as shall be there produced as well on the Part and Behalf of the Complainant as of the Defendants and that such Commission be made returnable without Delay.
