Tiie master's report Was read, whereupon several orders were made. Amongst others it was ordered, that Edward Fenwick be- restrained from - disposing of any part of the estate left him by the testator, until he has fully accounted for the negro slaves taken away by him, from the estate, (without the assent of the executors,) and ., . > J paid the incumbrances (legacies to his sisters) chargeable on his estate by the father’s will.
