Isiah Christopher Daniel Craig (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se, filed this action on December 12, 2024. [ECF No. 1]. On December 17, 2024, the undersigned issued orders (1) directing Plaintiff to submit documents necessary to bring this case into proper form and (2) advising Plaintiff of the deficiencies of his complaint and permitting him an opportunity to file an amended complaint. [ECF Nos. 4, 5]. On January 2, 2025, the orders were returned to the court. [ECF No. 7]. The envelope states “Return to Sender, Not Deliverable As Addressed, Unable to Forward.” [ECF No. 12-1]. Plaintiff has failed to keep the court apprised of his correct address, and as a result, the court has no means of contacting him concerning his case. Based on the foregoing, it is recommended that this action be dismissed with prejudice, in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). The Clerk is directed to send this Report and Recommendation to Plaintiff at his last known to this Report and Recommendation that he wishes to continue with this case and provides a current address, the Clerk is directed to vacate this Report and Recommendation and return the file to the undersigned for further handling. If, however, no objections are filed, the Clerk shall forward this Report and Recommendation to the district judge for disposition. IT IS SO RECOMMENDED. PP Ut Slalger January 6, 2025 Shiva V.
