Featherston v. Norris

Opinion of the Court

This is the same case reported in 7 S. C. 472. Upon its return to the Circuit Court the case was submitted upon the same evidence, and Judge Mackey dismissed the complaint — holding that the bank-book of A. O. Norris, commissioner in equity, was a proper voucher, and that it discharged him from liability for the funds of the Featherston estate. On appeal this judgment was affirmed by this court.
