All the questions made by this appeal have been fully discussed by the decree of the Circuit Court. We adopt that decree, for the reason that any further discussion could be only a repetition or elaboration of the views therein expressed.

The judgment of this Court is, that the judgment of the Circuit Court be affirmed.
