Cole v. Sands
Cole v. Sands
1 Tenn. 183
Opinion of the Court
In Equity.
A suit in equity remains in court of course, after an injunction is dissolved, until it is dismissed by the plaintiff, or disposed of by the court. No motion is necessary to retain it. The holding up or dissolution of an injunction does not affect the ordinary progress of the suit. An injunction is collateral to the main object of the bill.
