ORDER

JANIES G. WILCOXEN, Justice.

It is unclear from the record whether attorney fees incurred on appeal were considered by the Employee Appeals Board. Therefore, the matter is remanded to the Board to determine what, if any, fees incurred on appeal are to be awarded to either party.
