ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On July 21, 2014, we issued an Order for Status Report directing the parties to submit a report on “the status of the situation that is the basis of this proceeding within thirty days of the date of this Order.” We stated further that if neither party filed a status report, the appeal would be dismissed.
