Hung Ah Hang v. State

White, Presiding Judge.

The appellant was indicted, tried and convicted for the murder of one Chan Sing, and his punishment was assessed at imprisonment in the penitentiary for life.

The evidence is wholly insufficient to sustain the conviction, and the judgment is reversed and the cause remanded.

Reversed and remanded.
