Eckels v. Toledo Scale Co.

Opinion of the Court

HODGES, J.

The appellee instituted this suit in the county court of Smith county, and recovered a judgment against Erank Eckels and L. E. Huey for the value of some personal property, which it is alleged was converted by Eckels and Huey. Eckels alone has appealed. We have examined the record, and find nothing to justify a reversal of the case; and the judgment is accordingly affirmed.
