The facts of this case and the issues involved are identical with those in T. & N. O. Railroad Co. v. Peterson, 260 S. W. 906, this day decided by us, and, for the reasons given by us in our opinion affirming the trial court’s judgment in that case, the judgment in this case is also affirmed. 1
