Opinion of the Court

HIGGINS, J.

The banking commissioner sued the iEtna Casualty & Surety Company for $5,-000, and recovered judgment as prayed for. The case is companion to No: 1888, Ætna Casualty & Surety Co. v. Chas. O. Austin, 285 S. W. 951, this day decided, except as to the nature of the dishonest act.

■■For the reason stated in the opinion rendered in the companion case, the judgment herein is reversed, and the cause remanded.

Reversed and remanded.
