Opinion of the Court

BAUGH, Justice.

This suit involves the same character of loan, the same principal parties, and the identical issues raised in M. L. Walker et al. v. Temple Trust Company (Tex. Civ. App.) 60 S.W.(2d) 826, this day decided, and further discussion thereof is unnecessary. For the reasons stated in that case, the judgment of the trial court is in all things affirmed.

Affirmed.
