Buchanan v. Buchanan
Court of Civil Appeals of Texas · Decided July 18, 1934 · Smith
73 S.W.2d 963; 1934 Tex. App. LEXIS 759 (South Western Reporter, Second Series)

Buchanan v. Buchanan

Opinion of the Court

SMITH, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order overruling a motion to dissolve a temporary injunction issued at tbe instance of Reúna Briscoe Buchanan to restrain ber husband, George T. Buchanan, from molesting ber or their two children in ber custody. Tbe order also denied an injunction sought by Buchanan to restrain bis wife’s parents from interfering’ with the custody of said children.

The case is one solely of fact, and the order appealed from is amply supported by both pleadings and evidence. This being so, and there being no assignments of error or briefs, nothing remains but to affirm tbe judgment.

Tbe judgment is affirmed.
