It is agreed that the parties, to,, this suit are the same as in Lubbock National Bank v. Glenn, Receiver, No. 8138 (Tex. Civ. App.) 82 S.W.(2d) 1116, and that all questions of fact an^ law'./^r'e identical; the only difference being’'that different lands secure the loans.

This court has this day affirmed said cause No. 8138, and upon that authority the judgment in the instant case is affirmed.
