MEMORANDUM OPINION


          Appellant, Andy Howard Morrison, has presented this Court with a motion to withdraw his notice of appeal and dismiss his pending appeal in this matter pursuant to Rule 42.2(a) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure.
