We have considered appellants/relators’ “Motion To Dismiss Interlocutory Appeal And Petition For Writ Of Mandamus.”  It is the court’s opinion that the

motion should be granted; therefore, we dismiss this consolidated interlocutory appeal and original proceeding.   See T EX. R. A PP. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f), 52.8(d).

Costs of the appeal shall be paid by appellants/relators’, for which let execution issue.   See Tex. R. App. P. 43.4.
