M E M O R A N D U M   O P I N I O N

This is an attempted appeal from a summary judgment signed September 29, 2006.  On March 16, 2007, appellants filed a motion to dismiss the appeal.  See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. Appellants assert that their notice of appeal was filed prematurely because the summary judgment order signed on September 29, 2006, did not dispose of all claims and parties.  The motion is granted.

Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
