MEMORANDUM OPINION

By petition for writ of mandamus, relator, Dionne Malaika Mukuro, seeks relief compelling the trial court to vacate its order granting Henry Engel the exclusive right to designate the primary residence of their child.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
