Rollingwood Community Development Corporation has filed an unopposed Appellant’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal for Mootness. Appellant asserts that the underlying dispute has been resolved, the underlying suit dismissed, and the challenged temporary injunction dissolved.

We grant the motion and dismiss this appeal.
