MEMORANDUM OPINION In this original proceeding, Relators MicroCheck System, Inc. and MicroCheck Solutions, Inc. seek relief from two interlocutory trial court orders dismissing certain claims as preempted by federal law. 1 We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
