The Honorable Albert M. McCraig, Jr., Judge of the 506th District Court of Waller County, Texas, Respondent. The underlying lawsuit is State v. Butler, No. 11-10-21129 (506th Dist. Ct., Waller County, Tex.). reduction hearing for February 5, 2013. The trial court held a hearing on this date and reduced relator’s bond to $20,000 and $25,000 on his two charges.

We dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus as moot.
