MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator, Quincy Deshan Butler, filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in the trial court, seeking a reduction in his bail amount. The Honorable Albert M. McCraig, Jr., Judge of the 506th District Court of Waller County, Texas, Respondent. The underlying lawsuit is State v. Butler, No. 11-10-21129 (506th Dist. Ct., Waller County, Tex.). reduction hearing for February 5, 2013. The trial court held a hearing on this date and reduced relator’s bond to $20,000 and $25,000 on his two charges.

We dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus as moot.
