MEMORANDUM OPINION Relators, Amerjin Energy, LLC and Xi Zhu, have filed a petition for writ of mandamus contending that respondent, the Honorable Grant Dorfman, abused his discretion in authorizing depositions of relators pursuant to Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 202.1
