Alvarez, Justice On March 6, 2014, this court received relator’s pro se petition for writ of habeas corpus.
The court has considered relator’s petition, and record materials received from the trial court, and has determined that relator’s petition is now moot. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED AS MOOT. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The court’s opinion will issue at a later date.
