Ulbrich’s section 271 application.

Further, the probate court’s Order Finding Res Judicata and Collateral Estoppel Apply is REVERSED AND VACATED. Costs of appeal are taxed against Appellees Robert T. Hope, Darlene Wilson, and Deborah Byrd.
