JUDGMENT The Fourteenth Court of Appeals GRACE INSTRUMENT INDUSTRIES, LLC, Appellant NO. 14-15-00390-CV V. Having considered the application and found it lacked merit, we DENY permission and order the attempted appeal DISMISSED.
