TO THE HONORABLE FOURTEENTH COURT OF APPEALS: Appellant, Alfredo Hernandez (“Hernandez”), moves to dismiss this appeal as all matters in dispute between the parties in this lawsuit have been settled.

Appellee/Plaintiff Government Employees Insurance Company has agreed to dismiss all claims it has asserted against Defendant/Appellant Hernandez arising out of an accident which occurred in Houston, Harris County, Texas on May 14, 2013, which is the subject of this lawsuit. Appellant therefore moves that the court dismiss this appeal.
