See Tex. R. App. P. 9.5(a), 38.1(a), (c), (h), (i), (k). We stated that failure to file an amended brief by February 2, 2017, could result in the striking of Appellant’s noncompliant brief or dismissal of this

Accordingly, we strike Appellant’s noncompliant brief filed on December 15, 2016, and we dismiss this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a), 42.3(b)– (c), 43.2(f).
