CAUSE NO. 13-16-00323-CR (Tr.Ct.No. CR-4102-13-B) was determined; and therein our said Court made its order in these words: THE THIRTEENTH COURT OF APPEALS, having considered this cause on appeal, concludes that the judgment of the trial court should be AFFIRMED.
