MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant, Cynthia Marie Randolph, has filed unopposed motions to dismiss these related appeals in compliance with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.2(a).1 See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.3(a)(2), 42.2(a). No opinion has issued in either appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a).
