MEMORANDUM OPINION

The parties have settled their dispute and have filed a joint motion asking the Court to set aside the trial court’s order denying the plea to the jurisdiction and remand the case to the trial court for voluntary dismissal in accordance with their settlement agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). We grant the motion, set aside without regard to the merits the trial court’s order denying the plea to the jurisdiction, and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties’ agreement.
