MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM Appellee/Cross-Appellant Duncan Burch, Inc. has notified this Court that it has filed for bankruptcy protection (United States Bankruptcy Court, N.D. Texas, Case No. 19- 41699-elm11).
