It is ORDERED that appellants, ELG Oil, LLC and ELG Utility, LLC, recover their costs of this appeal from appellee, Stranco Services, LLC. The obligations of Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland as surety on appellant’s supersedeas bond are DISCHARGED.
