(Doug) Williams, Sally Bennett, Richard R. Monts, Executor of the Estate of Marjorie Hoyt Monts, William C. Hoyt, Stewart R. Hoyt, Jean F. Beal, Ann Adkisson Lackey, Charles Albert Adkisson, Margaret Adkisson Messinger, Richard Thorpe, Nathan Clay Carpenter, and Carol Carpenter Wood have filed a motion to dismiss this appeal. This motion is voluntarily made by

the appellants prior to any decision of this Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). No other party filed notice of appeal. 1 We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal.
