This proceeding arises out of Relators’ efforts to have the Honorable Stephen B. Ables, Presiding Judge of the Sixth Administrative Judicial Region, Kerr County, Texas, to reinstate three county court at law judges “to alleviate the crowded dockets in Kinney County.”
