Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus MEMORANDUM OPINION Relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus requesting that this Court vacate two interlocutory orders granting real parties in interest’s Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 91a motions to dismiss. Relators also request that this Court grant them costs and attorney’s fees and remand the case to the trial court for “a true determination as to the grounds of vacatur” of an arbitration award.1 We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
