Chapa, Justice Beth Watkins, Justice Delivered and Filed: June 22, 2022 PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED On March 11, 2022, relator, Richard C. Reierson, Trustee of the Charlotte, Brittingham & Nathaniel Family Trust, filed a petition for writ of mandamus. The real parties in interest filed a response to which relator replied. After considering the petition, response, reply, and record, this court concludes relator did not show he is entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
