See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this Court to compel the Honorable Gary W. On July 25, 2022, relator’s counsel notified the Clerk of this Court that the parties had resolved and settled their dispute in the underlying litigation. Accordingly, we grant relator’s motion to dismiss.

We dismiss relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. Additionally, our April 28, 2022 stay is lifted.
